Booking Appointments
To book a consultation you will require a referral from a GP or medical specialist. Once you have a referral to Specialist Endovascular Services, contact us on 1300 553 339 for an appointment. At this time, we can advise of consultation location and availability.
What to bring to your appointment
- Referral letter (unless forwarded directly from your referring practitioner)
- Medicare or Veterans Affairs card
- Insurance information
- Previous X-Rays/ CTs/ MRIs (please bring these to every appointment)
- Copies of operation records & medical notes if you have had previous treatment elsewhere.
For initial consultations, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete registration and health questionnaires.
